When sending rollers to Alden and Broden Corp. for recoating please include a purchase order or packing slip with the following information:
1. Company name and address
2. Ship to address
3. Phone number and contact person
4. Type of rolls and quantity

All rollers should be packed in their own box, or well wrapped before being placed into the shipping carton to prevent damage in transit.
New Customers:
All orders are shipped credit card or C.O.D. until credit terms have been approved. To apply for credit terms please use credit form.
Credit terms:
Our payment terms are net 30 days from order ship date with credit approval. Delinquent accounts will be returned to C.O.D. until the account is current. Blanket orders are welcome.
Shipping:
• All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.
• All orders are shipped FOB Nashua, N.H.
Returns:
Credit will not be issued for:
1. Product not originally sold by Alden and Broden Corp.
2. Product damaged by the customer.
3. Product returned without a Return Authorization Number.
Warranty:
All products sold by Alden and Broden Corp. carry a warranty against product defects unless otherwise noted.
Early failure or unsatisfactory performance shall be inspected by Alden and Broden Corp. before replacement or credit will be issued. It is at the discretion of Alden and Broden Corp. to issue credit or replacement of all defective products.
